Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Free of perfume, deodorant, or any stains

⚠️ Sizing Notice — Please Read

Our products use Asian sizing, which typically runs 1–2 sizes smaller than US standard sizes. We strongly recommend ordering one size up. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Size-related returns are accepted, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items that show signs of wear or damage
