V213 Studio is a small independent shop. Here is exactly what that means for you.

What we sell

Everyday jewelry, fragrance and travel essentials. Pieces you put on for a Tuesday, not for a wedding — chosen for how they hold up after the third week of wear rather than how they look in one photograph.

We are not a heritage brand and we do not pretend to be one. We are a curated shop: we find pieces we would wear, check them against the supplier's own specifications, and describe them as accurately as we can.

Where your order ships from

Most of our catalogue is stocked in a warehouse inside the United States. That is why delivery is measured in days rather than weeks — usually 5 to 10 business days, including 1 to 3 business days of processing.

A few items ship from further away and take up to 20 days. We write which one applies at the top of every product page, before you buy, not after.

How we talk about materials

This is the part most shops in our category get wrong, so we want to be direct about it.

If we have not confirmed a material with the supplier in writing, we do not put it on the page. No invented carat weights, no plating thickness we cannot document, no "genuine leather" on something we have not verified. When a product page describes only a finish — "rose gold finish" — that is deliberate: it tells you how the piece looks, and we are not going to claim more than we can stand behind.

It means some of our descriptions are shorter than our competitors'. We think that is the right trade.

If something goes wrong

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return anything new and unused for a refund or an exchange. Every order ships with tracking, sent by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse.

If we can see an order is not going to arrive in the window we promised, we would rather tell you before the deadline passes and let you choose between waiting and cancelling for a full refund.
